1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing, using, or redeeming any Bucky Book coupon or voucher, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not purchase or use Bucky Book products.

2. Coupon & Voucher Redemption

1. Vouchers must be presented per the stated terms; please read them carefully before redemption.
2. The coupon book and vouchers are transferable and usable by anyone per the stated terms.
3. No monetary or other adjustments will be made if the full voucher value isn't used.
4. Vouchers are void if a participating business ceases operations.
5. Bucky Book coupons cannot be combined with mobile coupons for redemption.

3. Limitation of Liability

1. All merchants sign legal contracts to participate; Bucky Book (Select Enterprises) and UW-Madison Athletics are not liable for merchant breach of contract or inability to fulfill obligations (e.g., fire, bankruptcy, change of ownership, acts of God, strikes, etc.).
2. No liability is assumed for lost, delayed, or undeliverable coupons, registrations, or gifts due to postal or electronic issues.

4. Resale & Fraud

1. Vouchers may not be resold individually, as a group, or in book form without written approval.
2. Fraudulent duplication or copying of coupons is illegal and will be prosecuted.

5. Corrections

Bucky Book reserves the right to correct printing errors at any time, even retroactively.

6. Website Use

This website is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Bucky Book is not responsible for any damages arising from the use of this site or its content. All business listings, offers, and savings amounts are subject to change without notice.

7. Trademarks

The University of Wisconsin-Madison and UW Athletics trademarks and logos are used with permission. Bucky Book is an independent entity and not operated by the University of Wisconsin.
